What's Been Happening...?

Utopia FM @ Sunderland University

 

- initially they recorded a 10 minute broadcast then an hour special on the centre that was aired a few weeks later on Utopia FM . . .

Hazel, Sharon & Leighton went to train for 2 days with the

students at Sunderland University who broadcast radio Utopia FM . . .

 

 

 

 

 

- I really hope to be able to work with the young people like this - Hazel.

 

- learning how to use the mixing desk. they also were taught how to talk into the mic & add music to a broadcast.

 

 

. . . with the hope that they could raise the funds to set up their own

mini radio station at the centre.
