The centre offers a course in Dance Leadership which consists of units with practical tasks to complete such as:
- How to plan a routine
- Prepare a class
- How to assist with simple dance activities
- Using communication skills for leading dance activities
- Understand the relationship of music to dance
- As well as create and develop dance pieces
The course first started in November when 9 girls enrolled on the course. Each received their award in dance leadership.
