Sans Street Youth & Community Centre (formerly Sunderland Catholic Youth Centre) is a registered charity and a voluntary organisation operating in the Hendon and East End of Sunderland area since 1969.

 Much of the work we do revolves around education and practical life skills. We support personal development in it’s widest sense, encouraging young people to challenge and help themselves to achieve goals.
This is done by providing accredited and non-accredited courses and programmes and 1-1 support for young people in a safe, non judgemental environment in which participants are supported in their learning and encouraged to ‘have a go’, to establish and further develop skills that will improve their chances in life.
